THIS WEEK - IDAHO POWER
Our program this week will be Russ Weedon from Idaho Power. He'll have a program called "Clean Today. Cleaner Tomorrow".
VISIONING WEDNESDAY
Marie Baker, from the Nampa Club, will lead us in a Visioning Exercise on Wednesday evening. We'll meet at Alli's office around 5:00PM, have a light dinner, and work on our plan until about 9:30.  This is an important  process which will provide some direction as our club looks to the future.
DEER FLAT PLANTING NOV 2
Next week is the final push to register for the Nov 2 Deer Flat Planting. Here's a link to a video about the project. https://vimeo.com/361833420

Register for Deer Flat by Oct 26 HERE.  There will be a Post Planting Pizza Party, so you don't have to cook dinner on Saturday.
GOVERNOR VISITS GREENBELT
Last week, Rich Kirkham, our District Governor, was visiting Eagle/Garden City Rotary. After the meeting, John B. took him, along with his wife and sister, for a tour of the Rotary Park on the Greenbelt. Obviously, he was impressed with the impact that our three clubs are making on the Greenbelt!  (He'll be back in Boise on November 5th to visit our club)
LETS RAKE LEAVES!
Matt Hanrahan has signed us up for Rake Up Boise on Saturday November 9th. This is a fun family event that we've done in years past. Sign up here. WE NEED AT LEAST SIX PEOPLE TO MAKE A TEAM. Sign up now!!
ODDS 'N ENDS
Our field trip to ROOTS last week was interesting. We got lots of ideas of how to reduce our impact on the environment.
