Our speaker this week will be Dave Fotsh from Valley Regional Transit. He'll tell us about the electric busses that were added to the fleet last October.
The Metro Cleaning Crew visited the "Old Pen" last Tuesday. They put us right to work, sweeping the floors in the "Shirt Factory" and the Men's "Gymnasium". Our "lunch" was homemade macadamia nut cookies! If you haven't visited the Old Pen, be sure to put that on your list.....for when its warmer!
Boise Parks and Rec is inviting us to a work party at the Willow Lane Peace Preserve. The objective is to remove invasive False Indigo along the trail. You'll be hearing more from Laurie Zuckerman. Watch this short video to see what its about. https://vimeo.com/658398557
